We added a new recognition this week - Special Areas Class of the Week. This recognition is chosen by our Special Area teachers and the class will get to choose a special activity in the class where they excelled.

Our fifth grade class presented Officer Reynolds with a card this morning to honor him as a first responder on Patriot Day. We hate that Officer Johnny is away from us at DARE training, but thankful to have another special SRO in his place.
This sweet little girl reminds us today of our thankfulness for the men and women who lost their lives for many Americans on 9/11. #PatriotDay

There are certain things that every child needs to take them into adulthood - from making a bed or a sandwich to knowing important phone numbers and emergency plans.
