Way to go, Kobey!

School will NOT be in session on Friday (2/16) or Monday (2/19).

Green Devil alum, Dalton Smith, honored Mr. Smith (one of our Green Devil bus drivers) as a teacher who has impacted his life. We look forward to seeing Dalton do great things!

We are thankful for the way Officer Jeff takes care of us and serves us on a daily basis.

Love our Green Devils 🩷💚🩷

During this week of counselor celebrations, we also want to thank Ms. Sara Black (Four Rivers Counselor). Ms. Sara has a special connection with many of our students and our families. We are thankful to have her serve within our building each day.

This week, we have been celebrating National School Counselors Week. We are blessed to have these ladies. Mrs. Bevil (School Counselor) is with us day in and day out serving the needs of our students and staff. Our school would not function without her! Mrs. Victoria (Mental Health Counselor) is able to be with us each week for Wellness Wednesday and she is always quick to help us when needs arise. Our students love these ladies!

Fifth grader, Ansley Milo, did great during Tuesday night's halftime Gotcha contest. 🧡🏀💙🏀💚

First grader, Landry Mathis, showing off her ball handling skills as part of the Lady Marshals Little Dribbler program 💙

On Tuesday, we recognized our Reading Bingo winners for the month of January. Mrs. G loves seeing students read for fun!

We are looking for a special person that loves kids and loves to clean!

Green Devil alum, Zach Oden, was recognized tonight as a Senior Trap Team member. We can't wait to see him do great things as a future Heavy Equipment Operator 💚

We will change our normal Wednesday Pizza Lunch day to Friday!

Fifth grader, Trayson Watwood, was invited to attend the Skills USA Welding Competition with the high school team on Friday. He has had the opportunity to learn welding skills by working with the MCHS team each Wednesday after school.

Lunch is more fun with heart shaped fries 💚

This week, we celebrate and honor Family Resource Coordinators. We want to especially celebrate our very own, Mrs. Crystal Thorning, and her wonderful assistant, Mrs. Wava Hall. These ladies meet the needs of our students and their families every single day. There are many times that Mrs. Crystal leaves her family to help ours, and we are so thankful for her heart. We are also thankful that her family willingly shares her with us.

It is important to limit screen time for your children. Less screen time will allow students to experience more focused learning.

It’s time to sign up for the first night of Kindergarten prep at SES!

Being a teacher kid and a Green Devil means that you commit to some late afternoons while your moms participate in professional development. #oneschoolonefamily
