The Marshall County School District will still be providing free breakfast and lunch this year, but in order for us to continue this program, we MUST have EVERY family complete the Meal Benefits Application as part of Online Registration for Marshall County Schools. We have 117 families that have not completed this portion of the enrollment process.
From your Infinite Campus Parent Portal App simply click on the 3 lines in the top left corner, click on MORE and then click MEAL BENEFITS.
If you do NOT have the Parent Portal App, go to the Marshall County Schools website www.marshall.kyschools.us and click on MENU and under FAMILIES click on Infinite Campus Parent Portal and use your username and password, then click on the 3 lines in the top left corner, click on MORE and then click MEAL BENEFITS.
The Campus Parent App is a great tool to have on your smartphone - it is found in the App Store called "Campus Parent" - green and black icon with a white "P". Enter "Marshall" as the district name.

These ladies have learned a lot this week as we prepare to take math to higher levels this year.
Thanks to funds from our Math Achievement Grant, we were able to implement the Bridges Intervention program during the last school year. This week, we are sending this crew to Denver to learn more about effective math practices.

Tiffany Gray
Statement: I would like the opportunity to serve as a minority parent member so all students are represented. I would be a liaison between the school and the parents to make sure the parents get information they need in an accessible way and the school staff get the feedback from a parent's view.
Asia Shields
Statement: I would be honored to serve on the council as a minority and help represent those individuals.
The election will be held Tuesday, July 9, 2024, from 12PM-6PM in the Sharpe Elementary School office. If you will have a child enrolled at Sharpe for the upcoming year, you are eligible to vote in this election. (This includes parents, stepparents and foster parents. Legal guardians are also eligible to vote if the child lives in their home.) I urge every parent to participate in this important decision about the future of our school.
Results will be announced via email and social media on July 9th.
